BigPond Email Addresses
Please note that Telstra is phasing out Bigpond email addresses. Please do not use @bigpond.com and @bigpond.net.au email addresses when contacting us via our contact form or as your contact email when ordering through us as these email addresses are no longer reliable means of communicating with you. All other email addresses work OK, our apologies for any inconvenience. If you have used a Bigpond email address on your order, you can use the contact us page to advise us of an alternative email address for us to send your email confirmation and tracking info to. Further, if you have previously subscribed to our emails with a BigPond email address you will need to resubscribe with your new email address using the Subscribe box at the bottom of this page to continue receiving them.
How Much is Shipping within Australia?
Packing and postage charges for Australian addresses is $6.95 AUD flat rate. Keep an eye out for our special FREE Australian Shipping days, we put them on from time to time but if you see one be quick because they don’t happen very often! Check the banner at the top of the page to see if we have one on!
How Much is Shipping to outside Australia?
We ship to US and Canadian addresses for $25/$40 AUD flat rate for Standard/Express. We ship to UK addresses for $30/$45 AUD flat rate for Standard/Express and we ship to New Zealand addresses for $20/$35 AUD flat rate for Standard/Express.
Where Do You Ship From and How Long Does it Take?
All orders ship via AusPost from Sydney, Australia.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the UK and the United States and we’re working to add more destinations soon.
Will my package include tracking?
If you paid $6.95 for Australian postage, tracking will be included on your order.
When we have our FREE shipping promotions, all Australian domestic orders $30 AUD and over are shipped via Australia Post with tracking included. Orders under $30 AUD are shipped via Australia Post standard envelopes (no tracking).
All international orders include tracking regardless of value. If tracking is applicable to your order, you will receive your tracking number via email within 1-2 business days. If you have not received yours, please first check your Spam folder as sometimes they go there.
My item has not arrived yet, what should I do?
If tracking is applicable to your order please first check the tracking status. You will find your tracking number on your Shipping Notification email or by entering your order information on our Tracking page. Once you have your tracking number, you can enter it on the Australia Post tracking website to check the shipping status of your order. If you still have further queries please contact us via our contact us page.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay via Credit Card, PayPal, Afterpay and of course Apple Pay!
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please email us immediately after placing your order if you wish to change or cancel it and we will do our best to assist you. Once your order processing or shipping has started the order cannot be cancelled or amended. Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we do not accept any responsibility for the input of incorrect addresses.
Which currencies can I pay in?
We accept payment in Australian Dollars (AUD).
What about Customs and Duties?
Orders to the UK may be held by UK Customs until UK VAT is paid on the order. This payment will need to be made by the customer and Smarta Watches is not liable for this payment.
I Haven’t Received an Order Confirmation Email?
Please check your Spam Folder, some email providers can send the emails there. If the email is in your Spam folder, please move it back to your Inbox and if prompted select ‘This is not spam’. This will help to prevent any further order update emails going to your spam folder.
I Haven’t Received a Shipping Confirmation Email?
As above, first please check your Spam Folder. If you still haven’t got one, please contact us and we can resend it. Please note that it usually takes 1-2 business days before shipping emails are sent for orders.
